Is Content Creation available as a standalone service?
Content Creation is offered as an add-on to any Custom Sound DJ package. It pairs perfectly with our DJ, Photo Booth, and Uplighting services.
What format will my reels be delivered in?
Edited reels are delivered in MP4 format optimized for social media (vertical 9:16 for Reels/TikTok and square 1:1 for Instagram feed). Raw footage is delivered via a private download link.
How quickly will I receive my edited reels?
Raw footage is delivered the next day. Edited reels are typically delivered within 5–7 business days after your event.
What does "where available" mean for formalities coverage?
Some venues have restrictions on videography in certain areas (e.g. ceremony spaces, private rooms). We always do our best to capture every moment within venue guidelines.
